The general household voltage in Nakano City is 100v and the frequency is 50Hz. When you start using the electricity, complete the application postcard that is attached to the circuit breaker and send it to the electric company. When moving out, you must give notification four or five days in advance. When you do, you must give the Customer Number written on your receipt.
